Return Policy

We want you to love your prunespade purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we accept returns under the following conditions:

1. Return Window: You may initiate a return request within 14 days of receiving your item. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, unwashed, and in its original, undamaged packaging. Items that show signs of use or are returned without original packaging may be subject to a restocking fee or rejection.
   

3. Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
