If your payment has already been processed and we cancel your order, we will issue a full refund.

  2. Pricing and Currency: All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Prices do not include import duties which may be charged by your local government.

  3. Accuracy of Billing Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information so that we can complete your transactions.

  4. Product Variations: Since many of our vases involve artisanal finishes, you acknowledge that slight variations in texture and color are inherent to the production process and are not considered defects.
